These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RegBid ("RegBid", "we", "us", or "our") at regbid.org and any related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your RegBid account. Notify us immediately at contact.regbid@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial expires, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Because you can cancel at any time and retain access through the paid period, we generally do not issue refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, email contact.regbid@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.
A subscription includes up to 5 team seats (1 owner + 4 members). The account owner may invite or remove members. If an account owner cancels or their payment fails, all team members lose access.

You retain all rights to the client data, logos, estimates, and other content you create with the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by RegBid and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every need. Estimates generated by the Service are informational; you are responsible for their accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegBid's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Service.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RegBid is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
